HEAT SINK

In a NASA article they say; “The world’s oceans are like brakes slowing down the full effects of greenhouse gas warming of the atmosphere.”

The WaterNet plan to pump up water from deep in the ocean where it is 4°C or 39°F on to land that is considerably warmer. 1,000,000 acre feet of 1,233,000,000 cubic meters of water at 4°C or 39°F temperature put on land that is 24°C will certainly soak up a lot of heat.

The reservoirs and lakes that are created are very different from other “Man Made Lakes” in that the water will be coming regularly every year 1,000,000 new acre feet of water. As the water evaporates and is used it goes back into the Water Table and refills aquifers naturally.

There are a lot of interesting considerations;

Another unique differentiator with The WaterNet is that the 1,000,000 acre feet will be distributed through the local water agencies. That will keep the need for new man made reservoirs to a minimum.

Trenchless Engineering firms use the bottom of rivers all over America but the WaterNet does not “cross” the river but uses the river path towards higher elevation. Trenchless Engineering is a very common practice that avoids unnecessary environmental issues because the water pipeline is under the river bed protected and in a certain sense; “invisible”.

The WaterNet will begin with an initial 1,000,000 acre feet of water to Texas before it kicks off the 20,000,000 acre feet and 80 GW of new power plants project to enable Texas to meet their water and electricity needs while keeping Texas as wild and natural as it has ever been.

Genesis 1:28 Then God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth and govern it. Reign [or MANAGE] over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the animals that scurry along the ground.”

God has given us the responsibility and the privilege for protecting the beauty of His Creation.

We take that responsibility SERIOUSLY.
